Most Norton branded Symantec consumer products are eligible for return within 60 days of the purchase date as part of the money back satisfaction guarantee. Shipping, handling, and any applicable tax are not refundable except in certain states and countries.  

Exceptions to this return policy include:

• Online purchase of NortonLive (also known as "Norton Premium Services") is only eligible for return within 30 days of the purchase date.

The 30 day return period applies only to online purchases of NortonLive through Symantec Online Store. The return period and process for purchase of NortonLive through retail stores or other channels or vendors may differ.

• Purchase of Norton Premium Services in Japan is not refundable.
